Communicator contacts not updating
This past year, I’ve largely focused my efforts on other community efforts such as Office 365 Podcast O365Eh!
Execute an -syncnow (as I recall) and then monitor the event logs for OCS activity.
To resolve this problem, force a contacts list update to make sure that your information is synchronized.
After installing the Shore Tel 13.2 (new version) on all users computers, some users did not get their old users personal contacts.

Verify that connectivity to the Address Book web service is available.
